Will it host my edge browser?

I get a "Managed by your organization" message in my edge browser, but I don't have an organization. The setting item "Continue Running Background Apps When Microsoft Edge Is Closed" is hosting by the organization. And I guess edge may be hosted by the privatezilla. And when I change that setting item using privatezilla, the setting item of edge changed.
But the setting item "Use secure DNS to specify how to lookup the network address for websites" is also hosting by the organization and it was closed. And I didn't set it up before.
I wonder if it's hosting my browser and why the item "Use secure DNS to specify how to lookup the network address for websites" is closed.
