Hi everyone,
I see quite a bit of activity on the repo in terms of issues and discussions, but I don't have any time to dedicate to this project right now.

When I started it, I was working on a big fp-ts 2.0 codebase, which justified investing some time in maintaining the plugin, but I have since shifted my focus to other work projects which don't involve fp-ts, so it got a bit stuck.

Considering fp-ts is now evolving quickly (the upcoming 3.0 turned into an Effect TS merger), I think this project deserves active maintainer(s), or possibly be absorbed by other similar efforts.

If you are interested in maintaining the project moving forward, this is your moment to step ahead!

I can provide write access to the repo and assist in getting started.

Thank you!

@maxbrown @mattiamanzati would make sense to house this kind of plugin at the org level

I mean porting the rules for the new ecosystem, for maintainance of v2 related someone else should pick it up

@mikearnaldi Do you know if there's anything similar to this package in the Effect ecosystem? Especially interested in something like no-discarded-pure-expression so we don't forget to execute Effects.
