Suggesting to fix invariant E type errors using W-variants (chainW, getOrElseW, etc.)

e.g. in:

declare const a: TaskEither<number, string>;
declare const b: TaskEither<string, number>;

pipe(
  a,  // Type error: Type 'number' is not assignable to type 'string'.ts(2345)
  taskEither.chain(() => b)
);

Can be "fixed" with

pipe(
  a,
  taskEither.chainW(() => b)
); // TaskEither<string | number, number>
