Did Google move on from this?

If I go to google.com and e.g. search for "Gemini", I can see no prefetches. In fact, I never see prefetches. Is there any condition to trigger those?

As far as I know, this has not been unlaunched in Chrome. However, it may not be fully launched on all platforms (I believe it is fully launched on Android, for example -- I'd have to double-check the current status elsewhere). It also has some conditions, such as the preloading setting.
