Noticed an issue with chatbot

Hello
Kristjan Männimets had issue, where he tried to run npm start under the GUI, that it did not start.
He asked me if i know anything about it.
I cloned the repo and reproduced his steps, and it did indeed gave me an error that start is missing.
Checking the package.json file i saw, that under the { scripts } section, there was no start.
Also, react-scripts was missing in node_modules
Is this a small mistake or am I in error ?
