Refilling Bucket

First off, fantastic app! It's been extremely helpful and does everything I need it to.

That being said, one simple QoL feature which would be pretty handy is a Bucket type that refills to a maximum amount each month. For example, I have $30/month budgeted for gas, but if for whatever reason if in January I only spend $25 on gas this month rain will still add $30 February and I'll start with $35. A "Refilling Bucket" would just add as much is needed to reach that $30 figure, in this case $25. This is something that I can (and do) replicate by hand each, but it would be convenient for it to be automated.
