Cleared checkmark lost hover styling

...when the transaction is not cleared, the green checkmark toggle to mark it as cleared has no hover effect, so new users may miss this feature since the only indication that there is something to click is the pointer cursor over blank space. May I suggest perhaps adding an outline on hover, or perhaps the uncleared transactions could have a subdued grey question mark circle or something like that.
