Use Cases

1.Brief Description : A user self-administers an assessment to track their own progress. Assess individual progress over time: questions will measure individual's’ mobility and show current results compared to previous results. 


2.	Actors :

	a. Primary: User/Patient

	b. Secondary: Administrator/Clinician 


3.	Flow of Events:

	a. Basic Flow

		  i. Receive email from clinician with a link 

		  ii. User follows link 

		  iii. User agrees to terms of use/end-user license agreement 

		  iv. User completes registration process 

		  v. User verifies email address/confirmation email 

		  vi. User lands on a home page 

		  vii. [6] User can begin assessment  

		      1. User answers each multiple question. 
			
          2. User sees progress bar. 

		1. User saves current progress (or progress is saved 	automatically by server) 
			  a. User logs out 

			  b. [5] Later, attempts to log back in [1][2]

				    i. User sees option to resume assessment or start new assessment (if applicable)  

			  c. User answers questions

			  d. User presses submit button

			  e. User sees a summary of the results 

			  f. User looks at one of the past results (e.g., by date)

				    i. List of possible dates

				    ii. Each date is clickable

			  g. User looks at big chart with all assessments:

				    i. Filter by date

				    ii. Filter by type of assessment

	b. Alternative Flows

		  a. [1] User logs in 

			    i. User goes to account setting

	     		ii. User chooses to change password

			    iii. [3] User receives email with password update link

			    iv. User clicks on link

			    v. Page prompts user for new password

			    vi. User lands on home page

			    i. User clicks to reset password

			    i. User opens the CAT Website: go to [5]
		  d. User exits test and leaves test uncompleted 

			    i. User goes to Pending Tests 

			    ii. User deletes desired test

			    iii. Go to [6]

		  e. Start at 1. 

			    i. User desires to change/add clinician

			    ii. Go to account settings 

			    iii. Press add clinician 

			    iv. Enter clinician code 

			    v. Submit

			    vi. Go to [6]
