@parameter for addOutputDirectoryToCompilationSources

[GoogleCodeExporter]

The AbstractAnnotationProcessorMojo defines the parameter 
addOutputDirectoryToCompilationSources, but it is not annotated with 
@parameter. So this parameter is not included in plugin.xml. Version 2.0.3 does 
define this parameter, but it was dropped from version 2.0.4 on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
org.bsc.maven/maven-processor-plugin/2.0.7

Please provide any additional information below.
It would be nice if this parameter could be enabled again, unless there is a 
good reason not to do so.

i have  fixed it (the parameter lack)  and deployed a new 2.0.7-SNAPSHOT

Please test it and let me know ... so i can arrange a new release
