I've heard the part USBLC6-2SC6 is commonly used for ESD protection on the USB data lines.

SRV05-4 (LCSC part number C85364) - basic part
ECMF02-4CMX8 (LCSC part number C717678) -extended part
SMF05CT1G (LCSC part number C15879) - basic part

The part I chose wasn't great in terms of availability. This part should be easier to source:
