Support to set queue max length #120

I am working with publishing message every 2 minutes. If consumer doesn't consume the messages in long time then it makes stack of messages.

I want to set maximum length of the queue to 1 if consumer doesn't consume the message.

I am referring to RabbitMQ Set Maximum Queue Length
