Function's got a new member in 3.7, possibly moved from somewhere else (landingpadinst?)

Hey, I'm interested in LLVM 3.8 Support. What can I do to help? Do you think it needs much work?

@wuerges Take a look at #167. Most of the things that worked before should already work™ an particular function personalities do work. However there are still some things missing and I haven’t added bindings to any of the new APIs.

I think this can be closed, since the llvm-3.8 branch now supports this.
