Make dependency installation easier for development #168

While following the build instructions in the README, I've had to install dependencies one at a time as they fail to be found.

Add a file to the root dir with needed dependencies to build. Update the README and include command to install dependency file.

I've make some comments on your pull request. As not anyone using a debian based distro it can't be applied this way.
