Using debian, I'm trying to set a custom networking proxy. I'm using settings that used to work in browsh 1.7.x releases , but doesn't work on two machines that I tried to use. config.toml does load correctly, because the browsh_supporter setting is loaded correctly, but the network setting is not being applied, because I go to a check site and it's saying that the proxy is not connected. This is for browsh 1.8.2. This used to work in 1.7.x.
