I'm not entire sure how we want to handle this? Once video recording is handled entirely by jsPsych we'll have a base64 string of the video recording. User's will want a way to transcode that to a .mov/.mp4 file.

Having a way to do that with the CLI will be really nice but it's may be better to do it automatically?
