提个意见：Bifrost 能先暂停，再启动到指定的 gtid 吗？这样我能调整需要同步的表。。现在有个需求，就是经常需要增加同步表。但是现在好像每次新增一个，就要把所有的表都做备份，然后再设置新的位置启动。。很麻烦

能不能像 MySQL 自带的那样，先暂停，然后启动到备份的 gtid 位置，再调整复制的表，再开启同步呢

本应该可以支持动态增加表,都不需要暂停数据源的,
以前版本有个bug,新增了数据表之后,可能旧的表会不同步,新版本已经修复了这个功能,新增同步表,可以使用全量功能,单独进行全量一次
