Workaround needed to add plugin in Cordova CLI

Someone reported a problem with the cordova plugin add command as documented. This is because Cordova CLI 7 changed the way it adds plugins from git. This will be fixed at some point here and in other sqlite plugin versions.

Workaround is to use the following command to add the plugin:

cordova plugin add https://github.com/litehelpers/Cordova-sqlite-evplus-legacy-attach-detach-free#evplus-legacy-attach-detach-master
