How to call enableLowInitialPlaylist in Brightcove player loader #84

Hi,

We are using BrightCove player loader and we want to decrease the player start time.

We want to know how to set the following:

enableLowInitialPlaylist to ensure player starts with a lower bitrate
set the minimum buffer duration
