Can scanorama be used to integrate multiomics spatial data? i.e., spatial proteomics and transcriptomics.
I was studying this tutorial: https://scanpy-tutorials.readthedocs.io/en/latest/spatial/integration-scanorama.html# and wondering if is possible to integrate multiple spatial data sets.
