Test times out

Im trying to understand why the .Net 4.7 tests all time out. The code builds, the server setup step works and I can see the port is being listened on (using Windows Resource Manager).

But no responses comes back, the operation times out and the tests fail.

Any ideas?

Dear @Korporal,

I would suggest that you create a new .NET 4.7.2 project (the one used in this project seems a bit old).
