BAT icon not grayed out after disabling Rewards from panel.

Description:

The BAT icon is no longer grayed out when disabling Rewards from panel. Tapping it again will show correct state.

Small regression in 1.62 as a follow up to #8371

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fresh Install
2. Enable Rewards in the panel
3. Disable Rewards fin the panel
