Drop iOS 15

Things to remove with iOS 15 drop:

• Find in Page related (FindInPageScript, FindInPageScriptHandler, FindInPageBar etc)
• PanModal (replace with native detents API)
• Legacy rotation management

why?

my SE can not run 16 and I count on Brave with JS off to protect me from internet dangers

@mailinglists35 this is dropping the support for new features and we have to do it eventually because Chromium will drop iOS15. You can still use Brave with iOS15 after support is dropped.
