Suppress alerts window shows up again after enabling for print window site scripts

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load url: https://brandon-t.github.io/WindowPrint.html
2. After page loads, dismiss print window after its displayed
3. Tap on the Suppress Alerts toast message when it appears

Actual result:
Suppress alerts message is displayed again after enabling the first time

Suppress alerts message should only pop up once.
