Haptic Touch is a function which consist of show a preview of an element, when that one is touched and the touch is held for a few seconds, or is touched and applying pressure in the process.
That function isn't supported on this version of Brave.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to an any element on a website (Such as a link, or a picture).
Touch that element and hold for a few seconds.
Tap the "Cancel" option in the menu that has appeared on the screen.
Touch the same element, but apply some pressure.
