Follow up [PR 26189] Alignment for Disconnected status text is off some times in the hamburger menu

Description

Found while testing brave/brave-core#26189. Disconnected status text in the hamburger menu overlaps with Brave VPN text sometimes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 1.75.44
2. launch Brave
3. subscribe to VPN via Brave VPN widget in the NTP
4. connect and disconnect VPN

Actual result

Some times, the disconnected status text overlaps with Brave VPN in the hamburger menu
