HTTP onion sites should be shown as "secure" in the UI #33755

Currently, websites opened in the Tor window with an http://....onion URL are shown as insecure:

We should instead indicate that they are secure and show the standard icon normally shown for "secure" URLs,
,
rather than the warning indicator.

(You can test this by visiting the Riseup onion site, http://vww6ybal4bd7szmgncyruucpgfkqahzddi37ktceo3ah7ngmcopnpyyd.onion/, in a Tor window.)
