Title

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable Vertical Tabs
  2. Open a sufficient amount of tabs to enable scrolling
  3. Scroll down the list of tabs
  4. Close a tab

Actual result:

The list of tabs shifts in the opposite direction

Expected result:

The list of tabs remains in fixed position (with the next tab replacing the closed tab)
