This is a tracking issue for required items before we can set this flag to enabled:

Blocked by:

  1. Brave News v2 migration follows sources disabled in v1 #26184 (this needs to be uplifted to 1.46.x Uplifted)
  2. In the Brave News V2 UI you can't unfollow direct sources. #26196 (this needs to be uplifted to 1.46.x Uplifted)
  3. Brave News V2 Cards Performance #26197 (this greatly improves first open performance. It should probably be uplifted too Uplifted).

Closing as almost everything is complete and the flag was enabled via brave/brave-core#15779
