Steps to reproduce

1. Enable VPN on nightly
2. Enable Split tunneling for specific Apps
3. Reset VPN config via VPN settings in menu
4. Split tunneling is not reset

Actual result

Split tunneling is not reset when config is reset

Reset Split tunneling when config is reset
