History displayed in the Jump List after reinstall after deleting browsing data during uninstall

Steps to Reproduce

1.install 1.43.55
2.launch Brave
3.no prior history should be displayed in the Jump List
4.generate some history (cnn.com, abcnews.com, nbcnews.com,usatoday.com)
5.close some tabs (cnn.com, nbcnews.com)
6.pin to taskbar
7.right click Brave icon to view Most visited and Recently closed entries display in the Jump List
8.close the browser
9.uninstall Brave
10.check the check box for Also delete your browsing data?
11.reinstall 1.43.55
12.right click brave icon in the taskbar

Actual result:

History from previous browsing before uninstall displayed in the Jump List

Expected result:

No history should be displayed in the Jump List
