Pinned profile context menu on the taskbar incorrectly displayed visited websites, tasks info etc for a new install

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install 1.38.111
2. Launch brave
3. Create multiple profiles (Profile 1, Programming, Research, Trading & Web Games)
4. Switch between profiles
5. Right click on one of the profiles (eg. Research profile)

Actual result:

Context menu of a pinned profile displayed recently visited sites, tasks etc. for a new install

Expected result:

Context menu pinned profile should not display recently visited pages, tasks etc for a new install
