White rectangles in address bar in private windows (incl. Tor) on Linux in dark mode #22120

The white rectangles are not static. They can move around and/or disappear, but they're consistently visible when a new private window is opened.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a new private window, or a new private windows with Tor
  2. See the white rectangles

Actual result:

In 1.37.111 this still happens, maybe less frequently
