Follow up of #20095 - stats page doesn't have the ability to delete the user webcompat report

Steps to Reproduce

As per the description #20095 (comment), the following needs to be implemented on stats page.

• Add UI / UX in the stats page (where these reports are currently visible) so that the stats user can delete a report if needed (for example, if the report includes sensitive / identifying information)

Actual result:

stats page doesn't have the ability to delete the user webcompat report

Expected result:

stats page should have the ability to delete the user webcompat report
