Stub installer fails to download the build on Windows 7 #2129

Below logs are from Win8 and Win7 with same win32 stub installer.

Fastly seems to be only using TLS 1.2 now as per https://www.fastly.com/blog/update-our-tls-10-and-11-deprecation-plan |
We have updated the certificate to support TLS 1.0 and 1.1 as well and confirmed through testing that updates and the stub installer work on Windows 7 (with only TLS 1.0 or only TLS 1.1 enabled in Internet Explorer settings). Currently we have switched over to the CDN for update downloads so please report any issues. |
This issue is fixed. Closing the issue with @mihaiplesa approval. It is important to test #2221 on next release build. |

Does not reproduce on Windows 10 x64. Tested by @btlechowski and @GeetaSarvadnya
Also reproduced by @srirambv on Windows 7 x64.
