Lag while accesing Settings on PopOS 20.04 LTS

Description

While accessing Settings on Brave, it's lagging a lot. I faced this similar issue on Google Chrome and I turned off Hardware Acceleration. When disabling that option, the Settings page doesn't lag anymore. What's the issue?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Brave Browser
2. Access Settings
3. Enable "Use hardware acceleration when available"
