Installation Failed - The extension encountered an error while starting up

Brackets Release 1.10 build 1.10.0-17483 (release 024bee94
OS : Mac OS 10.12.2

I've tried installing it from the extension registry - it failed.
I tried downloading the zip and installing with the zip - it failed.

Have you tried restarting after it fails?

It ended up working after a restart. Even though I didn't do anything.
