Originally opened as adobe/brackets#5934

When I click in some of the options from menu or resize the app by clicking two times into topbar, this is what happens:

brackets-wtf

After some clicks it just leaves, but if i do the same again (click some menu or resize) then it happens again.

Using Windows 7 x64 Utimate SP1
