Brackets (currently) uses Chrome, and according to this chart (http://caniuse.com/#feat=multicolumn) it is "Partially Supported". Does that answer your question?

@btayfun Or sounds like you might be asking about split view -- showing two editors side-by-side in columns. Closing as MTB on that assumption -- this feature is tracked in our backlog, so please upvote it there. (Please let us know if you meant something different).
