Redirect on any pageload from qdb to pacific-island #18

http://qdb.boxmein.net should auto-redirect to pacific-island-8492 because the latter has TLS.

For now, TLS is not affordable for qdb, since it requires me to move to the hobby plan from the free plan to use automatic cert management :(
