removeChild does not work recursive #228

Unlike getChild removeChild does not work recursive.
Instead the child is removed even when the requested name does not full match.

$vfs->removeChild('production/file.php') removes the full production directory.

My expectation is that only "production/file.php" is removed, or maybe that nothing happens.
But not that the whole directory is removed.
