Subject: [PATCH] 104-Update-SECURITY.md (#105)

We enabled the ability to create security advisories for the reporting of vulnerabilities on the project. This required an update to the security.md file to direct folks to the correct link for reporting a potential vulnerability as well as some minor verbiage updates.
