Contemplating about being a maintainer

Greetings Bookie!

My name is Schimon and my expertise are Automation, Python, XMPP, Linux.

I am currently working on an news bot and bookmarks bot for XMPP.; and I suppose I am expected to finish both within less than a couple of months.

I was thinking of contributing to Bookie as it is written in Python; I am willing to take tasks, yet, I would rather have a mentor or an expert to guide me and supervise my outcomes.

Please advise!
