Measuring motion in a video using Bonsai

Hi everyone,

My field is far away from programming, and need some guidance if you can help me
I am tracking and measuring motion of a single rat in a field, I used the workflow from the tutorials of measuring motion (screenshot attached)

With my l little knowledge I understood it measures motion by detecting white pixels? but unfortunately in my situation I have white lines in the background of the field, I tried to increase the threshold value in the background subtraction node and indeed decreased the noise but also the rat became invisible at some points, Is there a solution for this issue?
