内置的 phpstorm stubs 是英文版本的 phpstorm stubs 想要更换其他语言版本的如中文版,
虽然可以直接替换内置的stub，但是这个是破坏性的操作，而且内置的stub也会更新

增加一个配置设置自己的phpstorm stubs如：
intelephense.stubs.path
