This is the follow-up of #6912 (comment).

Add ability to fix the color mode to dark/light to match the website look.

Additional Context

Some websites may use dark colors for the background color, regardless of the device's color mode. In such cases, allowing the website owner to pin the color mode will help Bluesky embeds blend in the design better.
