Like animation plays too fast on the web

Describe the bug
On the web, the heart in the like animation animates way faster than normal (on iOS or Android). The count animation is normal. See comparison below.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Bluesky in a web browser
2. Like a post
3. Open Bluesky app in iOS, or Android
4. Like a post
5. Notice in the browser, the heart animates way faster

Expected behavior

The web version should animate the heart at normal speed.
