Describe the bug
When using diacritical tie bars, common when writing IPA notation, the top of the tie is cut off by the post header, but only when focused on a post or when replying to a post. Adjusting the line height from 26px to 27px resolves the issue for focused posts at the cost of making posts noticeably longer, but also this doesn't rule out potential other diacritical mark issues, so further testing is required.
