Mark user profiles as NSFW

People aren't good at marking individual posts as NSFW, and I think it's silly to expect them to remember to every single time. I mute/report people for it, but still see it in my feed every single day even though I've disabled it in the settings.

It would help a lot if you could just mark your whole profile as NSFW, so that all of your posts automatically get filtered by people who don't want to see it. Many artists already do so by putting 🔞 in their profile, it should just be built into the site. Otherwise people are inevitably going to forget, and people are inevitably going to be exposed to it.

Imo the tag should automatically be applied after you make a post marked as adult just to be safe, but opt-in would be good too.

It just seems like the controls right now are pointless because many people forget to use them or don't want to, and that means I can't control what content I see in my feed. I report to the moderation service but I'm not sure it does anything.
