Cannot run the project locally

Hello! I am trying to run the project for the first time, and I am almost there. But when I run locally, with yarn web, I get this error message in the terminal:

the funniest thing us: I see this:

and when i remove this layer, i can see the whole thing happening behind this:

Can you share the output of npx react-native info so we can see what versions of everything you're running?
