how can ozone join existing bsky(appview) on test-env like official bluesky?

current dev-env creates ozoneDid then create bsky(appview) as below.

according to the this operation, all ozones(ozoneDids) need to be setup before starting bsky.
how can ozone join existing bsky on test-env like official bluesky?
